FAQ
What about general booking terms?
Booking a photo shoot session means that you have reviewed my portfolio, my style of shooting, and
agreeing that photo shoot session and subsequent processing of the pictures would be done in my own style.
The booking is confirmed only upon receiving a completed booking form and deposit payment. Without a confirmed booking the day/time slot will not be recerved and is available for other clients.
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Pictures will be ready in 2-3 weeks from photoshoot date. You will get access to online gallery where you can view and download your images in high resolution.
Urgent processing service is available if you need your pictures faster for an additional charge.
Online gallery will be active for 3 months from activation. Please be sure you download and save your digital pictures.
Do you provide videography services?
Yes, we do. Video shooting is available both as a basic service and as an addition to your package. For example: if you will buy "Kids package" than 30-second video will cost additional $50.

Can i make any adjustments to my package?
Of course! I am completely flexible when it comes to packages and pricing. Want an extra outfit, but don't need that extra location? Reach out to me! I'd love to build something custom for you.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Battle Ground WA, but am more than willing to travel!
How far away can my locations during my session be?
I usually work in one location during one shoot, but we can discuss options.
What about payment terms?
✔ Full payment is due by photo shoot date
✔ 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation
✔ For all kind of reservations, the refund policy is as follows:
❕ 5 or more days notice: reschedulling or refund is available
❕ Less than 5 days notice: rescheduling is available, refund is not available.
✔ We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Check.
What about cancellation terms?
Shooting may be canceled (for a full refund) or rescheduled due to bad weather.
What if I want my photos to be corrected?
Color correction of all digital images will cost an additional $100.
Be sure to specify what other changes you would like to subject your photos to.
